Shipping policy

Destinations and rates

We deliver to Belgium, mainland France and Luxembourg in the areas offered during checkout. Delivery is free from €80 for these destinations. Below this amount, rates are shown before payment.

Any other destination must be confirmed in advance by email at info@keropoia.com.

Delivery times

Orders are shipped with bpost. After the parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery generally takes:

• Belgium: 1 to 3 business days;
• Mainland France: 3 to 5 business days;
• Luxembourg: 2 to 5 business days.

These transit times are estimates and are additional to order preparation time. They may vary during busy periods or public holidays.

Receipt and delays

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact info@keropoia.com with your order number and photographs. Keropoia remains your point of contact for any issue.

If delivery is delayed beyond the announced period, we will seek a solution with the carrier without limiting your statutory rights to a refund or termination of the contract.
