Right of withdrawal

For a distance purchase as a consumer, you have fourteen days from receipt to notify us of your withdrawal, without giving a reason, at info@keropoia.com or at the address below.

Return and refund

Return the products within fourteen days of notifying us. You are responsible for direct return costs, except where there is an error on our part or a defect covered by our legal obligations.

We refund the amounts due, including the original standard delivery charge in the event of a full withdrawal, within fourteen days of your notification, using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first.

Product condition and defective products

Protect the product carefully, ideally in its original packaging. Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it, including lighting a candle, may result in a deduction for diminished value without automatically removing your right of withdrawal.

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. For a defective product, contact info@keropoia.com to exercise your statutory guarantee rights.
