2. Scope

These terms govern sales of Keropoia products to consumers through this website. Business enquiries and purchases for resale are subject to separate terms. The applicable version is the one provided to the customer at the time of purchase.

3. Products

The essential product characteristics, sizes and prices appear on the product pages. Slight variations resulting from handcraftsmanship may occur without affecting safety or intended use. Please follow the care instructions and warnings.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in euros. Applicable delivery charges are shown before the order is finally confirmed. Payment is due upon confirmation. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, a refund will be issued.

5. Delivery, withdrawal and guarantees

Delivery is free on orders of €80 or more to Belgium, mainland France and Luxembourg. Customers have a right of withdrawal, subject to exceptions including personalised products, and benefit from the two-year statutory guarantee of conformity.
